Yeah sure.

Electronics and Communication is a very very vast field. So the whole world is open.

But it mainly consists of two different fields i.e Electronics and Communication

So you can choose which field you want to go.

After that you can look for the companies having head quarters in US or UK. You can contact that respective company via Email, n showcasing them your CV or resume.

If they feel good about you, they would reply you.

US and UK have many opportunities. Also you have to keep in mind that your knowledge should be upto a level.
Americans and Britishers are not fool, like many people in India try to make them.
They would judge you completely so be well prepared with your skill and knowledge.

You can get in two ways
1)by knowing the company which has it's branches in us or uk
2) by doing MS in US can get placed from US or UK university
