Can I get NIT Raipur after scoring 53 marks in JEE mains?

i have scored 53 marks in jee main
i belongs to sc category
i have domicile of chattisgarh..
can i get nit raipur or any other nit..
if not plss suggest me some college.

Can I get a chance to join Good Engineering GOVT. Or Private College even I just scored 73 Marks in JEE Main by Gen . category and declared disqualified for JEE ADVANCE ?
