Can I get a PH category certificate from a Civil Surgeon after fracturing my right hand and wrist?
i had an accident before 3 years and at that time i had fracture in my right hand and my wrist was misplaced from that time i take many treatment but i can not do my work properly with right hand as it should be in this condition can i get PH category certificate from civil surgeon ?

5 years ago i lost my 60%hearing and checked it in bombay's ali yavar jung deaf hospital,can i got government job for reserued handicape ?i dont have any certificate of civil surgeon till now,bcoz it is very dificult to acheive it now.can i prfrd as handicape through ali yavar jung's certificate?
