Dear sir my expected rank in AIEEE 2011 is between 25000-30000(marks between 124-128)can i get a seat in any pvt engg college particularly in south?

If you are expecting the score you mentioned here then your AIR in AIEEE
would be around 50,000.

At this rank you can get good private colleges for sure.

It could be possible that you get a good college in subsequent
round of counseling.

Once the result of AIEEE is published the Central Counseling Board
will make available the last year's seat allotment details.

You should check the CCB website after result is out so that you can
access and predict the available options for you.

I think if you belong to some reserved category then you may even get any one of NIT, and as for pvt colleges, all popular institutes conduct their own admission test, very few take a look at AIEEE marks.

now a days there are so many private engineering colleges that some colleges are not getting students to take admission. so surely you will get chance to take admission in private engineering college.


if you expect that your rank will be in between 25000 to 30000 in AIEEE all India rank then you will get a very good private engineering college to take admission. don't worry surely you will get chance to take admission in good private engineering college.

but wait for the result. when result will publish you will get your exact rank. then counseling will start. when counseling will go on you will know about the trends and according to that and previous year cut off rank in various colleges you will be able to predict in which good private engineering college you will get chance to take admission.

Yes you can easily get good private college in south and any other state.As in INDIA
there are many private colleges so one with rank under 1,00,000 can easily get
good private institute .So you do not have to worry as you will definitely get a very good
private colleges but not the best one .

But keep your choices open if you get good colleges outside south then i think you
should go for that.A good college will help you to get good placement in good colleges.

with 135 marks in aieee will i get any nit

i am getting 30,000-25,000 rank in aieee which nit i will get .i am from gen catagory and my state is haryana.suggest othre college.

can i get the seat in an good enginearing collage after scoring the rank around 12000-15000

If you any rank above 30,000, there is no hope for you in AIEEE! So called senior members like the above Arvind Singh are fooling you as the colleges he's mentioning are not obtained through AIEEE but COMEDK!!
This website is such a waste of time...

dear friend yes you can get private college in south on this rank......

but you can also apply in NIT.may be you can get any NIT on this rank.........

because this rank is enough to take admission in New NIT/...........
