I have completed be with 56% & i am candidate of obc catagory then can i give exam of jto.

Yes, you can give JTO exam. The minimum percentage required in B.E. is 60% for JTO exam for general category.
But there is a relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/OBC category.
Hence minimum percentage for OBC category is 55%.

Yes , my friend you can definitely sit for JTO exam as you are OBC because in case of OBC the cutoff marks is 55% so don't worry prepare well and click it ,

caste is OBC so my friend definitely you will get some concession in percentage.
So you can apply for the post of JTO.
Eligibility criteria for JTO are as follows :-
1]A candidate should be graduate in Engineering from recognized university.
2]A candidate should have atleast 60%in graduation .
3]A candidate should be citizen of India.
4]Age limit 21-30 years for open category .
5]Age limit for OBC 21-33 years .
6]Age limit for SC/ST 21]35 years .

for apply in JTO(JUNIOR TELECOM OFFICER) the candidate should have b.tech degree from recognised university with minimum 60% in graduation .age limit exist for this is 21-30. there are also the 5 years relaxation for SC\ST candidates.
