Eligibility for BSNL JTO exam: -

1. Pass B.E. or B.Tech or equivalent degree in Electronics & Communication Engg. or Mechanical Engg. or Computer Science Engg. or Chemical Engg. or Electrical Engg. or equivalent with a minimum of 65 % aggregate marks from a recognized Institute / University.

2. Nationality – Indian

3. Age - 21 Years to 30 Years for General candidates, 21 Years to 33 Years for OBC candidates and 21 Years to 35 Years for SC / ST candidates.

NOTE: - Final year appearing candidates can also apply for BSNL JTO exam.

for BSNL JTO examination there are no minimum marks criterion. there are three category in BSNL JTO.
1. JTO(Telecom)
2. JTO(Civil)
3. JTO(Electrical)

the candidate which have the minimum of B.Tech degree in various branch from a recognized university irrespective of the percentage of marks are eligible for different category as given below-

JTO(Telecom)-
i.Telecommunication,
ii.Electronics,
iii.Radio,
iv.Computer,
v.Electrical.
vi.Information Technology

for JTO(Civil) only Civil engineering students are eligible. for JTO(Electrical) only electrical engineering students are eligible.

BSNL is recruiting whooping 7000 engineers as JTO. Last time they had asked for 3500, however, not all seats were filled because of minimum sectional cut-off marks. So, start preparing since the syllabus and scheme of examination will remain same with just one modification as BSNL is expected to conduct interview

BSNL JTO(Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Junior Telecom Officers) exam

* Candidates should be the citizen of India
* Candidates should have age limit within 21 to 30 years.
* Candidates should have 33 years of age for OBC.

Hi dear,

they required bachelor of engineering or bachelor of technology or equivalent
engineering degree in the following disciplines.
1)telecommunication.
2)electronics
3)radio
4)computer
5)electrical.
i think they not mentioned the percentage.check the official websites..........

The Eligibility criteria for BSNL JTO Examination:

1. The candidate must have B.E/B.Tech or equal engineering degree in any of the following fields:

• Electronics
• Telecommunication
• Electrical
• Computer science
• Information Technology

2. Age limit: 21 to 30 years (SC/ST/OBC has age relaxation)
3. Nationality: Indian
4. And the final year candidates are also eligible to apply for BSNL JTO Examination.

There is any required percentage is not mentioned.

dear friend,
Eligibility for BSNL JTO exam:-

1.Candidate has to complete the graduation in BE/B.tech field in streams like-
Electronics/Electrical/Computer science/Radio technology/Information technology..

2.Candidate must have secure 60% aggregate through out the career.

3.Age should be in between 21-30 years.
For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years.

4.Candidate must be a citizen of India.

These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill.
