Yes, you can join air force by qualifying NDA exam. The test is conducted by UPSC, two times a year. As you have studied physics and mathematics as subjects, you are eligible to join any of the three wings of army. General aptitude and mathematics are the topics asked for the entrance test. Candidates qualified in NDA should qualify an interview session as well.

Yes you can most definitely join the Air Force wing and for that you have to give the NDA examination. NDA stands for National Defence Academy and the exam to recruit candidates in the army wing, naval wing and air force wing an exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission.

The next NDA I Exam is going to take place next year on 20th April, 2014, Sunday and here are the important dates related to it:-

1. Date of notification: 21st December, 2013
2. Last date for submission of application:20th January, 2014, Monday

NDA Exam Eligibility Criteria:-

• You must be a citizen of India.
  
• You should be an unmarried male citizen of India.
  
• This exam is strictly for the male candidates therefore unfortunately girls cannot take part in it.

You must write NDA exam to join Airforce after completing 12th. NDA stands for National Defence Academy. The exam is conducted by UPSC board for 2 times in a year.

The age limit for joining NDA is 16 1/2 - 19 years. There is no age relaxation provided. Also only male candidates are only allowed. No women is eligible to appear for NDA.
All the candidates appearing for NDA exam should not be married.

The procedure for selection is based on the written exam and after that a medical and physical test is conducted. After qualifying all these a candidate is selected for NDA.

The duration of training period will be there for 3-4 years and candidates need not pay any fee while in the training period and also in the last year of the year of the training monthly stipend of 21,000 rupees is provided.

Along with this all the candidates applying for NDA airforce exam must complete 12th with maths, physics and chemistry group compulsory and it is mandatory.
