AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test.

AFCAT is an Entrance test conducted for Selection of candidates in defence sector various branch of Indian Air force(Flying, ground, Technical).

Those candidate are completed graduation degree are applicable for AFCAT Exam.Your age should be in between 20-27 years.

It consists following four section-Verbal Ability,Numerical Ability,Reasoning,General Awareness and Aptitude.

AFCAT Exam Eligibility Criteria:-

Educational Qualification:-

Flying Branches: You should have a bachelor's degree/ B.E/ B.Tech in any discipline with 60% of marks in aggregate.

Technical Branch: You should have 4 year Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) from a recognized university ot Cleared section A and B examination.

Ground Duty Branches:-

1. Administration & Logistics: You should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% of marks in aggregate

(OR)

You should have a Postgraduate degree / equivalent Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate.

2. Accounts: You should have a bachelor's degree in commerce discipline with a minimum of 60% of marks in aggregate.

(OR)

You should have a Postgraduate degree / equivalent Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate.

3. Education: You should have a Postgraduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate.

Age Criteria:-

1. Flying Branches: 19-23 years
2. Technical Branch: 18-28 years
3. Ground Duty Branch:

A. For Graduates: 20 to 23 years.
B. For Postgraduates: 20 to 25 years.
C. For LL.B: 20 to26 years.
D. For M.ed/Ph.D/CA/ICWA: 20 to 27 years.

This exam is conducted for Three post:

1. Flying Branch,
2. Technical Branch and
3. Ground Duty......

Flying Branch:-

A candidate must have completed their Bachelor Degree in Engineering that is B.E/B.Tech from the Recognized Universities......

Technical Branch:-

A candidate must have completed their Bachelor in Electronics Engineering Or Mechanical Engineering from Recognized Universities......

Ground Duty:-
