I want to study diploma but i wasn't applied any application for any diploma college. So can i join now in any college?

Can I join any Diploma college?

Most of the college does not offer admission for a bachelor degree after completing the Diploma course. Only a few colleges can give admission for a graduation course after a diploma. By the way, changing your specialization from engineering to the arts is not good.
