Actually I did not attend to sem exams from 2nd sem to last sem so iam failed can I do bca as fresher

Yes, you can apply for the BCA course as a fresher student. You have to again fill the application form of your respective college according to the mentioned date on the official page of your college website or you can talk to the Head Master of BCA department about the procedure of admission directly. Also I would like to mention here that the registration form and admission fees you need to pay again as a fresher student.
