What are the different streams in M.Sc and MCA to join after completion of B.Sc in Maths, Physics and Chemistry?

what are the different courses in msc and mca after finishing bsc(maths/physics/chemistry)?

like MBA have different stream (management, marketing,enterpeneaurship)which stream MCA have?

i complite my b.sc (chemistry) ,which field is better for higher study m.sc or mba or mca or bankikng or other
