Can I jump from cbse pics 11 grade to state board 2 puc PC mb if so what is the procedure

You can change your board after 11th from cbse to state board.
You can also talk to the principal of school for such transfer.
You may have to show up at boards regional office and get some papers also.
Your marks also matter of last qualifying exam.
Admission will be granted on the basis of merit as well as entrance exam.

The general process is that you need to take admission in 1st PUC of your State board of Education after secondary education. After completing your 1st PUC, you will be eligible to study 2nd PUC.
