Yes, B.Tech in CSE candidates are eligible for M.Tech in Robotics.

Those candidates who have completed B.Tech in CSE/ IT/ ECE/ Electrical from a recognized University are eligible for M.Tech in Robotics.

Your age should be above 17 years.
