please guide me if i can peruse b.ed in computer sciences via distance education also provide the forward path for getting in to that course and all the universities/institutions offering this course.

can i pursue any distance course while pursuing regular b.ed

B.Ed means Bachelor of Education

most of the universities an admission to the B.Ed program requires a Bachelor¡¯s degree or a higher degree with 45% - 50% marks from a recognized University, and In-service teachers with two years full time teaching experience on temporary/ permanent basis as Primary/ Graduate/ Post Graduate teacher in a primary/ secondary/ higher/ senior secondary schoolrecognized by the Central or State Government or a Union Territory. The admission to the course is through an entrance exam. There are a few universities like IGNOU which requires just a pass in graduation, but would conduct entrance exams. The optional subjects for the B.Ed program are English, Mathematics, Physical Science, Natural Science, Social Science, Biological Sciences, Economics, Commerce, History and also Computer Science etc. The fees structure would however vary for every university or college, usually for Govt. B.Ed college, it would be arround 15K and others 45 to 50K. You could opt for doing this course through distance learning. Distance learning courses are getting popular in India and lots of students want to earn their degree while working.
