Yes, you can do the master’s program from IGNOU It is very old university which was started at 1987 and now they have branches in all over India. You can choose your study center according to your location. IGNOU University conducts class on weekends with experienced faculty. From jobs point of view, there is a good job prospectus available for Master's degree holder in Political Science. You can apply for jobs like,

Hi, currently am doing prviate job in MNC with study in pol.sc hons (MA) from ignou and i already completed my gradution in pol sc from DU regular collage, and complete my BLIS from IGNOU. I have passions for reading and caring for animals. now i want to be a zookeepar but i do not know about much more and what scope in india and what i should i study now for zookeepar.
