The eligibility criteria to get admission in most of the recognized Universities to the distance B.Ed programs are similar. Candidate must hold a bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Candidate must hold a minimum of two/three years of Teaching experience in any recognized School beside being presently in service. The minimum duration of the program is two years.

There are various recognized Universities offering B.Ed through distance mode and their study centers are located in various parts of the country including Bangalore. Following are the list of some of the Top Universities:

• Maharshi Dayanand University
• Karnataka State Open University
• Kurukshetra University
• Annamalai University.
