The online application process is enabled only for submission of examination form but as far as fresh registration for Common Proficiency Test is concerned, students need to submit the application form through offline mode, either by post or by submitting the application form at the nearest regional council or branch of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The prospectus, along with the application form can be obtained from the same or may be downloaded from the official website of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Now, since you want to take the Common Proficiency Test to be conducted in the month of December 2012, you will have to register for the course on or before 30-09-2012.
