Can I take admission in B.E 2nd or 1st year after completing diploma in civil engineering?

I am completed diploma in civil engineering (distance course) from janardan rai nagar ragasthan university. it ugc approved. can I take admission in BE 2nd or 1st year. I am working so i want part time.
