I have written cet in 2015 but due to some problem i was not able to attend councilling can i write cet in 2016 and attend councilling what is the procedure to be followed?

Sir I have written kcet 2015 exam & got a engineering seat under SNQ quota and I am studying it now. But I am still interested in medical so will I be able to write cet again and will I get a seat once again
