Clerical Post
Probationary Officer
Specialist Officer
The eligibility criteria for each of these position varies and so does the selection procedure. However, if you are a graduate, you may apply for any of the three posts but the required percentage of marks in the bachelors degree examination and the age limit varies in public sector and private sector banks. In private sector banks, the required percentage of marks is high compared to the public sector banks and the maximum age limit in private sector banks is somewhere near 25 or 27 years whereas in public sector banks, the maximum age limit is 30 years.

I am a 40 yr old lady. After MCom, I worked in Accounts Dept of a Shipping Company for 2 years. Had to quit job after 2 years as my marriage was fixed. There is no restrictions for ladies to join in Bank.PSU as well as pvt banks both recruits ladies.

Eligibility:-

1.Minimum a Graduate either female or male from the recognized University can write IBPS entrance exam to join in PSU Bank.

2.AGE:20-30 years relaxations are there.

3.Must be the citizen of India.

Ofcourse ladies can enter into bank jobs, if they satisfy the eligibility conditions for the entrance exams and if they crack them.

You can apply for the entrance exams conducted by IBPS.

IBPS is an institution conducting combined written exams and interviews for 22 public sector banks, where SBI is not included SBI Conducts its own exam.

IBPS Conducts exams for various posts like Clerk, PO,Specialist Officer posts.

One should have a degree from recognized university and also must satisfy the age criteria minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years for general category candidates, there is upper age relaxation for reserved category candidates 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST Category candidates and 10 years for PWD Category.

IBPS Exams from this year consists of prelims, Mains, followed by Interview.

IBPS Exams consists of Quantitative aptitude, Reasoning, General awareness with special reference to banking, English and Computer Knowledge.

IBPS Exams are going to be conducted from the month of September 2015, once the notification is out, then you can apply for it through online.

Women are not eligible only for NDA exam, they can apply for any other exam.

Firstly you need to clear Bank exams to get in to Bank Job.

To apply for Bank exam you need to have completed your Graduation.

Age need to be minimum of 20 years and maximum of 30 years.

For Reservation candidates there is age relaxation.

Mostly all the banks accept IBPS exam .

If you clear the exam you can get job in bank by cracking the Face to Face interview conducted by the Bank.

You are not eligible for the public or private sector bank as the maximum age limit for bank exam is 30 years.

As you are in the age of 31 years, you are not eligible for any kind of bank exam.

Please search a job in some private company because they have no age bar.

Initially I want to clear you about in most of the jobs there is no any gender bias .candidate can be male or female should meet required qualification for the post applied.

More specifically female candidate are selected prior than male one to equal gender equality in the job sector of banks.
One can apply only if she has fulfill the eligibility of that respective bank.
There is equal competition for male /female in the exam so one have excel well to assure selection.
