By mistake my father filled the qualifying board as CBSE instead of BSEB which is a state board of BIhar.
please let me know if this mistake can be rectified and the procedure.

Since the application process has stopped, I am not too sure whether you are allowed to request the institute for rectification in the submitted application form.
However, you may contact the IIT JEE officials and ask them for further help.
