I.A.S is Indian Administrative Service and to become an I.A.S Officer you have to appear and qualify in Civil Service Examination. It is conducted by UPSC.

The eligibility to appear in examination is that :--

Candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

Candidate's age must be between 21-32 years.

Person with disabilities are also eligible for recruitment.

So, if you have the required qualification then you can apply and appear in the examination. Candidates after qualifying in the examination will become eligible for selection as an I.A.S Officer.

Examination is conducted in three stages and you have to qualify in all the stages for final selection.

Congratulations you are eligible.

Only candidates who have a disability of 40% or above are eligible for such reservation and you must submit a Disability Certificate issued by a Medical Board constituted by the Central or State government.

=> For IAS examination candidate should have passed graduation from a recognized university.

=> The Candidates must have a citizen of India.

=> The minimum age of candidate should be 17 years.

=> As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to IAS after 10th and with 40% disability in eyes.
