If you are having hearing loss in both of your ears, then you belong to the category of physically handicapped. Hearing disability includes a person who cannot hear at all or can hear only loud sounds will be considered as having hearing disability. So, any particular having hearing disability, can get physically handicapped certificate.

If you are not able to hear completely, then only you will get reservation benefit of physically handicapped category. If you can hear properly in one ear, then it will be difficult to get such certificate.
There are some parameters, which are followed by government jobs and only those who are completely handicapped will be considered for such benefit. |
