Can A student appear for ph.d or JRF who is persuing for C.A. final exam and also doing Articleship?

As per the rules given by the Council for regulating articles, it is clearly mentioned that during the course of articleship, no other full time course can be pursued by the student except where the institute has tied up with certain universities. Even then, prior permission is required. So, any other full time course cannot be done at the time of doing articleship.
