can the top rankers in MP PEPT 2012 get admission in NIT BHOPAL..please tell me

Earlier admission to the National Institute of Technology was given on the basis of rank secured in the All India Engineering Entrance examination but now it is given on the basis of Joint Entrance exam mains stage.

MP PET is the Madhya Pradesh Pre Engineering Test. It is the state level engineering entrance exam for undergraduate courses in engineering. But from year 2014, admission to all colleges in MP is done on the basis of JEE marks.

So, no top rankers of MP PET are not eligible for admission in NIT Bhopal, they can get admission in state level engineering colleges only.

NIT of Bhopal is known as MANIT i,e. Maulana Abdul Kalam National Institute of technology.MPPEPT cleared students can not get the admission in the MANIT for the B.E/B.tech course.After clearing it they can get the admission in good and reputed Govt, Private engineering colleges.


For the admission in MANIT you have to appear in the JEE Mains entrance exam.The Rank which you will score in this entrance test will decide your admission in the NITs.
