NIT is a government college and in INDIA only 27 college is available and there is so much chance a job you received from your college..........

that's why you hard labour and get NIT.................

Because to take admission in NIT is very tough that's why you can't decide before anything..........................................

Yes NIT Rourkela provides a B Tech course in Bio Technology, which will admit students on the basis of AIEEE scores.

The salary range in biotechnology in India is Rs 355,940 - Rs 938,466
and in USA it's around $50,000.

Yes, there are NITs offering biotechnology courses.

For B. Tech. course in biotech NIT Warangal & NIT Jalandhar offers the course. But, still you can get more details from the information brochure of AIEEE exams as entry into these course is through AIEEE.

This year the forms are out & you cannot apply but you can prepare for next year & apply. For further details of AIEEE exams you can visit the official websitewww.aieee.nic.in/.

For M. Tech in biotech course at NITs you can apply at NIT Bhopal, NIT Rourkela and many other. Entry is through the GATE exam. You need to clear GATE BT or Life sciences for that.

Salary will be good enough if you have cleared entrance exams like GATE, DBT-JRF, NET.
The approximate salary is around Rs. 1,50,000 - Rs. 3,00,000 per annum for freshers. It increasees gradually as per experience & personal skill.
