Re: Can we do LLB exam after FSC(12th)? Qualifications required to do LLB?
12th pass outs can apply for this course. But the same should be from a recognised institute. You will need to appear for the entrance exams like CLAT, KLSAT, Delhi University entrance exam etc. There are some institutes like ILS in Pune which intake based on the 12th marks. You need to prepare based on the institute where you plan to take admission.

Re: Can we do LLB exam after FSC(12th)? Qualifications required to do LLB?
It is possible to obtain law degree after completing 12th standard however not the LLB. You will have to pursue integrated LLB degree which is also known as BA LLB. Although there is no different between BA LLB and LLB on merit, 12th standard pass are recommended BA LLB course.
The reason being that LLB is a course that can only be pursued after completing graduation, not before that. While BA LLB since include a graduation course can be taken after 12th standard. Its better to directly take admission for BA LLB of 5 years after 12th standard. Instead of doing two graduation courses to become lawyer. First you will have to do graduation and then LLB. This way it will take you 6 years to become lawyer while by doing BA LLB you can become lawyer is 5 years. To apply for the BA LLB candidate is required to appear for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). Eligibility 1. You should have completed 12th from recognized board. 2. At least 45 percent marks in 12th standard. 3. SC and ST need 40 percent marks. 4. Your age should be less than 20 years to apply. 5. SC and ST should be less than 22 years. 6. There is no relaxation for OBC. 7. Those who have given final exams of 12th standard are also eligible. But they should be able to provide proof of having passed 12th standard. |
