Hi, after completing my 10th Board exams I started with Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering which I recently completed. And, now I wish to do B.Ed in Electronics or BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering if I get directly in 2nd year. Am I eligible for with B.Ed or B.E/B.Tech with this Diploma?

You can get admission in 2nd year of B.tech(ECE) through lateral entry. As diploma is not a graduation equivalent degree you are eligible to pursue B.ed.
If you want to pursue B.sc(Electronics) then you have to take admission in 1st year. Lateral entry is not applicable for B.sc courses.
