Can't I get admission in B.Arch without REAP counselling?

I got 139 marks in jee mains paper 2 for b.architecture..n all India rank 69000 but REAP counselling form is not filled by me.. I know dont was a big mistake..but after all dont still can I get admission in mbm jodhpur..plz tell me n help me otherwise it will be a very big problem for me...
