Hi i am getting 25.66 marks in gate 2011 mechanical paper and i belong to OBC category ,so tell me is there is any chance for to get qualified.Also last year(2010), the qualifying mark for OBC was 22.5

This year mechanical gate paper was easy comparison to the previous years question. and previously the cut-off for obc was 22.5, so this time it should be approx 25.

Eligibility for GATE 2012 :-

1. Candidates Should Have 4 Years Bachelor Course in Engineering, Technology,

Architecture or Pharmacy.

2. Third or Final Year Candidates Can Also Apply for GATE.

3. Candidates with Master Degree in Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer

Applications Can Also Apply for GATE. Final Year or Second Last Candidates Can

Also Apply for It.

4. Candidates, Who are Pursuing 4 Year Integrated Master Degree Programmer

(Post B.Sc) Engineering or Technology in its 2nd Year or Above Can Also Apply for

GATE.

5. Candidate, Who are Pursuing 5 Year Integrated Master Degree Programme or Dual

Degree Programme in Engineering / Technology in its 4th or Above Year Can Also

Apply for GATE.

Am i able to eligible in gate-2012 if get score of 31.66 marks for open category?
