i am graduate in civil engg subject, is it a good optional subject? and what should be the the other optional subject, that i can follow?

Civil Engineering is a good subject in its own. I don't understand why you are saying it a good optional subject when you have done B.Tech. in civil engineering. If you want to know about other optional courses related to civil engineering then they are as follows:
