Is CMJ university course approved by UGC and AICTE?..please tell me if it s

Yes CMJ university is approved by UGC. But still now it is not approved by AICTE.

CMJ university already submitted application for AICTE approval on November of 2011. But still now it is not approved by AICTE council. May be in future it will be approved by AICTE. For more information about CMJ university visit their official website http://www.cmju.in/

But it is not mandatory that all engineering university should have AICTE approval. You may take admission in CMJ university. They are offering good courses and promised to give good placement from campus.

CMJ University is situated in Meghalaya and was established in 2009 by Govt. of Meghalaya where the highest quality of education with best of faculties of education with best facilities is provided.

The CMJ University is approved by UGC but it is yet to be approved by AICTE though application for necessary approval has already been submitted.

C.Mothilal Jawaharlal (CMJ) University is a Self financed University located at Shillong and Established by the Government of Meghalaya.
This University is recognized by the UGC(University Grants commission) but it is not approved by AICTE.
As per law, Universities do not require AICTE approval. Only institutions which are affiliated to Universities require approval.

I recently got a call from institute and they were claiming to be affiliated to cmj university and provide btech and other degree just within 6 months, to those people with industrial experience of more then v3 years. now can i go for govt jobs after getting this 6 months btech course? and does cmj university operate such courses?

The Directorate of Education, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh is not honororing the B.Ed degree course provided by CMJ University. In response to an advertisement for the post of Teacher, I had submitted with my B.Ed certificate received from CMJ, University, but it has been rejected on the ground that CMJ university is not recognised by NTCE. Please help me to settle the problem immediately.

Yes, friend CMJ University is the University Grant Commission (UGC) approved University and established by the government of Meghalaya as per section 2(f) of UGC act 1956.

For any technical institute it is necessary that the Institute must be approved by the UGC or AICTE. So don't worry friend this is the UGC approved University.

sir can i use cmj's bped cirtificate to kerala govt school?

UGC has restricted CMJ university not to undergo any off campus programme but it is continuing PhD. programme on correspondence which is against the UGC's Regulation for MPil and PhD 2009. It should be stopped immediately.

Mr. How can you say the CJM have not Off Campus/Study Centres when it has many Research Guides working in colleges of other states affiliated in other state/centran universities.
