Sir I got 14345 rank obc and 44678 in general for the mechanical engineering so tell me in detail that which college I will get or not?

Although you are OBC, 14345 is not a good rank. This means that near about 14,000 people are before you, whether be it general or OBC. The reserved quota is made for people who have scored high, but are not able to make it into some popular colleges due to some minor misses. But in your case, you have got a rank crossing 10,000. There is absolutely no chance of getting in a government college.
You will make it in private engineering college. Private engineering colleges will cost huge. At the end of it getting a job is also questionable. How will you afford to enter a private engineering college without the guarantee to get a job and that too after paying lacs and lacs of fees? I suggest you to go for general streams like electronics or nanotechnology B.Sc. etc. instead of engineering.
