As you might know that BITS Pilani is the top Private Engineering College in India which is the Birla Institute of Technology and Science. So there are aspirants from all across the country who wish to take part in its Entrance and possibly get a seat in it.

If you want to get admission in the BITS Pilani, then you have to appear for an Entrance that is named BITSAT - Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test. Its conducted every year in the months of April and May i.e after all the candidates are finished with their Class 12th board exams.

Once you appear for this test, it would test you on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. You have to be a minimum 12th appeared/pass to appear for this exam. Also only Science (PCM) candidates can attempt this exam.
Another very important criteria for the BITS is that you should score a minimum of 75% as Aggregate in your boards or your candidature would be cancelled.

Having good English communication skills and Basic Computer Knowledge is also compulsory as the test is online and conducted in English. So these are a few pre requisites that you have to follow to take part in BITSAT.

I am really sorry to say that the BITSAT application procedure for this year is over and now you cannot apply for the same. However you can apply next year for this and then sit for the exam. To know more about this exam, Click Here..

The above procedure is for B.Tech however as per your query, I sense that you are talking about the GATE and so I must tell you that if you are looking for M.Tech admissions in BITS Pilani, then there is NO OTHER WAY OF ENTRY EXCEPT GATE! So you have to crack it or have some good source in the college to get an M.Tech seat.

There is no way that you can admission in BITS Pilani without giving BITSAT .
I mean dude it is in the top list of India.

I got 92% in Intermediate and 150 marks in BITSAT Exam. Which course am I eligible to apply in BITS Hyderabad. Kindly guide me
