In 99 marks your rank will be around 4-5 lakh in such a low ran you will not be able to get any NIT or IIIT but you can still try for private colleges such as

If you get only 99 marks in AIEEE then it is not very good. On this basis you are not eligible for government colleges you will get some private colleges according to your rank in which you are taken. You should try for private colleges.
