sir my aieee all india category rank is around 40000.....are there any chances to get admission in good universities???pls can u inform me the colleges and universities in maharastra that take admission on basis of aieee marks.....

Yes, you may get one of the best college in Maharastra as MIT PUNE.

you can apply online for the admission in the private institutes in the maharashtra.
all the private institutes in the maharashtra offers 15 % of the all seats for the aieee candidates.

There is no such bright chances for u to get good colleges like nits &iiits For all india rank 40,000 u can try for:-
PICT(PUNE)
Xaviers institute of technology
VIT(PUNE)
u wll get some branches other than core.
