good morning sir,im doing 3rd yr.mechanical engg. i want to get a good job(any kind) in a automobile company.how can i get it ?

i have only 46.6% in my highschool and intermediat and 73% in my b.Tech(m.e.) can i get a good job ?

sir, i have good marks in degree i.e. up-to 75-80 % , but the problem is , that i have only 53% marks in my secondary exams.
in high class also, i got 77% marks,
sir, i heard that min. criteria for placement in any good company is min. 60% marks, but unfortunately in secondary exams, i got only 53% marks,
also i have very good communication skills, i wanna use that skills in my carrier .
pls. give me right way,i shall be really thankful to u for this act of kindness.
