NAC-TECH

Nasscom is a statutory body which conducts examination for IT job seekers. This test has been made mandatory for Information Technology students seeking job. This is to ensure certain quality of the employee so that he/she can be suitable for job in IT companies. Marks obtained in this examination is shared with the companies. For this reason this is a very important for any engineering/IT student. Candidates of following educational background can apply.

• B.E, B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc IT degree holders are eligible.
• Minimum marks should be obtained in 10th, 12th board examination and graduation is 60%.

Examination has two papers. Paper A consists of questions covering the subjects Verbal ability, Reading comprehension, Analytical Reasoning. Time allotted is 60 min. Part B which contains engineering subjects is optional.

It is a trade association of the IT and the BPO companies.

NASSCOM Test which is known as NAC-Tech abbreviated as NASSCOM Assessment of Competence-Technology is conducted at the national level for the Engineering students mainly, for the recruitment process in many IT companies.
It can be termed as an assessment test.NAC-TECH scores are used by many IT companies for the recruitment process which acts as a fist stage filtering of the candidates.

This test has helped the IT companies to recruit engineering students even from the small cities.

Major IT companies support the NAC-TECH by the NASSCOM like Infosys,TCS,Wipro,Cognizant,HCL,Accenture etc.

Pattern-> It consists of two parts A & B,however part B is not compulsary it depends on the applicant whether he/she wants to attempt it or not.
Whereas,part A is compulsary.

Part A-> Skill,Verbal Ability,Attention to Detail,Reading Comprehension,Analytical Ability,Logical Reasoning.

Part B(optional)-> Consists questions from the branch of Engineering.


The Final year Engineering students can also apply for it.

Can a person take NAC test more than 1 time

NET-TECH means Nasscom Assessment of Competence Technology . It is assessment and certification program for IT/ Engineering Industry . NET-TECH particularly targeted as final year and pre-final year students who will searching the opportunities in the IT Industry as well as Engineering Industry.

Eligibility Criteria ::

• Candidate who are completed their engineering degree from a recognized University.
• All 2013 and 2014 Engineering applicants are eligible to apply.
• The Applicant must secure at least 60% Marks in graduation, 12th and 10th Standard.

The Examination will be divided into two parts ::

• Nec-Tech part A ::
• Nec-Tech part A + B ::

Nec-Tech Part A ::

• Verbal ability
• Reading Comprehension
• Analytical Reading
• Attention to Details

Registration Process ::

• Candidates to get Demand Draft (DD) made in favor of 'Attest Testing Services Ltd.', payable at Mumbai :: 02/09/13 - 18/09/13
• DD to be submitted at the test center, where the candidate wants to take the test :: 02/09/13 - 18/09/13
• Upon receiving the DD, center will issue the following to the candidate:: Unique User ID/Password :: 02/09/13 - 18/09/13
• Candidates to fill registration form on the NAC-Tech website (www.nactech.nasscom.in) using the given User ID/Password & print the Admission Card immediately after that :: 02/09/13 - 18/09/13
• Candidates to come to the center for the test as per the date/time mentioned on the Admission Card :: 02/09/13 - 18/09/13
