You have not specified clearly. Here core means core
engineering companies like cement plants, steel plants or
companies in core electronics like in microprocessors etc.
If you want to work in core electonics companies, you can work
in companies engaged in manufacturing electronics goods,
Medical health care equipments, microprocessors, electronic
and electrical instruments, Telecommunications etc.
Now you don't need to do any special courses to join these companies.
However you can do short term certification courses in microcontrollers,
microprocessors, C language, Java language, if you are looking to
get a job in design and testing in a electronics company.
