B.Pharmacy is a bachelor degree course.
M.Pharmacy is master's degree course.
According to me M.Pharmacy is better as because it is a master degree and master degree is better than bachelor degree. But both are related with each other and have value on their own place.

First of all I would like to tell you that one can complete B Pharmacy and then can opt for M Pharmacy. It is not possible for you to go for M Pharmacy before completing B Pharmacy. So it is obvious that B Pharmacy is much more better than M Pharmacy. Once you complete your bachelor degree you will be eligible for masters degree and then for doctorate degree.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
