Yes, of course you can pursue the 3 year LLb because as per the bar council of India, which regulates universities offering the course, a graduate is eligible to pursue LLb of 3 years. No matter which stream you belong to, for most of the universities, you must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the +2 level or equivalent qualifying exam. I would also like to let you know that an common entrance exam, known as CLAT is now conducted to pursue LLb course in any of the 11 national law universities participating in the exam. |
