to become hr in a company you have to do bca than mca.

You need to pursue any of the management courses with specialization in HR. MBA, PGDM, etc are some of such courses. Graduates in any stream can apply for these courses. This qualification must be obtained with a minimum of 50% marks. Admissions are usually done on the basis of CAT score.
