Hello Sir, I am in 2nd year of Diploma and I took ECE branch and I want to become a Software Engineer. What I have to do to get to Software Engineering post in IT MNC?

#Here the eligibility criteria to apply or IT MNC ::-

a) Candidate must have minimum 60% marks in 10th standard.

b)Candidate must have minimum 60% marks in 12th standard.

c)Candidate must have minimum 60% marks in graduation level.

d)No backlog will be allowed during his study.

e)More than one year gap in studies will not be allowed.

f)Good communication skills

g)Good subject knowledge

h)Leadership qualities

i)Curious, Enthusiastic ,Motivated

3)General discussion

4)Writing skills and Technical or subject test
