Dear Friend

It is really very difficult to suggest you a course after B.Tech. without knowing your

interest, future plans and present situations before you.

If you like engineering then you should go for higher studies in the same stream.

If you do not like engineering anymore and you think that you have passed your time

it then you should go for some other course as per your interest.

The common suggestions could be anyone of the following.

MBA
CA- Chartered Accountant
CFA- Chartered Financial Analyst
FRM- Financial Risk Management

These are the best career paths possible but you should choose a path that suits best

to you and in which you find yourself most efficient.

Thank You

COURSE AFTER B.Tech

There are 'N' number of courses available today to take up after B.Tech.. So its better you take up the one which is more suited for your branch in B.Tech...

-> There are 2 common course which students take after B.Tech, which are as follows....

-> M.B.A ( Management )

-> M.Tech ( Technical )

-> Students take M.B.A after B.Tech to go into the Management line, where again it is divided into 3 different course as,

-> H.R ( Human Resource )

-> Finance

-> Marketing.

-> Based on your interest you can opt for any of the course in MBA.

-> Students take M.Tech course after B.Tech to go into their technical line where they have done their B.Tech course, for eg. if you have done your B.Tech in Computer Science then its better to take M.Tech in Computer science field which as many other fields in like Networking, Security etc. based on your interest.

dear friend,

Generally people do M.TECH after their B.TECH completion,This is the best suited course for you and your career & M.TECH itself also has 15-20 sub parts,depending on you,you will choose a subject,you can do masters of technology (M.TECH)onto that single subject(which you most like),and there is also chance to get ph.d. admission for that particular sub. if you score good into your M.TECH studies.

Another option is to do M.B.A(MARKETING/HR/IT/MANAGEMENT) single or double specialization on different private or govt. colleges.

M.B.A also has sub branches or subjects as in MTECH. so I suggest you to first cultivate the habbit of reading newspapers or doing INTERNET search. and after that just check the good institute,If good then take on admission onto that and just secure your life and make good career.

For other information or que. you can give reply to same

with regards,
rahul..

I have been jobless for 1 year. Completed studies in 2012 and got selected in a company. But the damned company delayed my offer letter for 6 months. After 2 months it conducted a test in which me including all from my college were rejected. Nowadays, unemployment is very high. I have done btech IT with 8.5 cgpa out of 10. Please advise me as I need more career options.

Hi

Since B.Tech is a graduation course of 4 years, after completing it I would personally recommend two great courses after it in the form of Post Graduation..Out of them you can choose whichever you find the most scope and interest in..

MBA - Masters in Business Administration..
This course is a complete business solution course and its a very hot and demanded course in the market as of now.. There are many MBAs needed in the top MNC's and so its got HUGE scope in the coming times and even now..
This is of 2 years duration and its a post graduation course.

The top MBA Entrances are : CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, NMAT, CMAT, SNAP, IBSAT, etc..
IIM's, IIT's, IIFT, FMS, IMT, BITS, etc are the top MBA Colleges..

M.Tech - Masters in Technology
This course is a full time technical graduation course in which you can take it up by GATE - Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. This is also a full time 2 years course and only Technical graduates can take it up..
Top M.Tech colleges are : IIT, NIT's, BITS, etc

Still I would say that MBA has got more scope than M.Tech and you should take it up in following specializations.. :-

Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing, Consulting, IT, etc..

All the best
Regards
RANJEET

There are number of courses after doing Btech.
You need to tell the stream in which you are doing Btech.
you can do Mtech, MBA, CA ,FRM (financial risk management),CFA.
If you hav done Btech in biotechnolgy or agriculture, or food and dairy technology..then you can go for Mtech in any of the 4 streams and even apply for FCI technical post.

HI!
After passing B.Tech you have option like:-
> M.Tech
> M.B.A

If you want to go in Technical line then you go for M.Tech.

For admission in top engineering college you have to Qualify the entrance exam like:-
> G.A.T.E

If you want to be in commerce line then you go for M.B.A.

For admission in top college you have to qualify the entrance exam lie:-
> C.A.T
> M.A.T
> G.M.A.T
> R.M.A.T
> S.N.A.P
etc

ALL THE BEST!
