what is the cut off for sc/st candidates in gate for iit and nit ??

sir i got 25.33 marks and 225 score and 44471 air plz sugest me which collage i will get m st candidate cse.

sir i got 25 out of 100 in gate 2012 in mechanical engg.i am from sc category.please suggest me where should i applicable?

Hi
You have chance of getting seat in Banglore,
You need to apply all colleges on GATE exam score card.
They will call to write the entrance exam conducted in colleges.
Some colleges like IITs & NITS do interview to select.
So try to apply for all colleges including IITs & NIITs.

As per my Knowledge you can have possibility of getting seat in Banglore colleges like RV,PESET etc,
You should apply to all colleges through GATE score card.
Some colleges will do the entrance test and They will take the scores of GATE and TEST to select.
some colleges like IITs & NIITs will do the interview to select students.

you done good score,you can apply for all colleges including IITs and NITs.
For SC/ST students there is separate cutoff in Individual colleges refer those and apply for the colleges.

Cut-off for ST/SC candidates in GATE is as following

21 to 22 out of 100 but it is not sufficient for admission in IITs ,if you want to get admission in IITs the you have to score atleast 40 marks out of 100.For NITs 30 marks will be sufficient .

my rank is AIR-3995 in GATE 2013, marks = 43/100 and score is 479 valid upto 14/03/2014 and 559 upto 14/03/2015.kindly suggest me if the qualifying marks for sc= 16.67, Gen=25,obc(NCL)=22.5 will i be able to secure a seat in any iit,s or nit being sc candidate.the total no. of candidates appeared in mechanical paper is 165814.pl's reply me to mail id [email protected]. thank you........

Dear sir i have put my query multiple time but did not get my ans.
Query- sir i have got ( BRANCH IT 22 marks,19336 AIR,GATE SCORE 318,while GATE CUT OOF FOR SC IS 16.67).
