There are number of entrance examinations conducted every year on state as well as on national level. Separate entrance exams are conducted for different courses and therefore, its difficult to give you proper information because you haven't mentioned about the discipline in which you are going to pursue B.Dc program.

Hello dear aspirant, as you want to get admission in the B.Sc course, but most of the good colleges across the country provide admissions on the basis of merit and as the merit is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the 12th standard. So for getting admission in the B.Sc course of the good colleges you need to get good marks in your 12th grade.

The admission forms for most of the universities and colleges like Delhi University, JNU , MU , etc are released after the declaration of 12th standard marks.
