Date of CPT online exam?


In this forum, I have Manny Time Answer This Questionn, That The Online CPT exams Are not yet Decalred Due to some Technical Issue.

But when the Issue Was solved, the Notification was Dercared as soon as possiblee.

So, please wait for the notifcation, when it was declared it was be updated on the official websites.

So, please check the official websites, to get the notification of Online CPT Exams, it Will be Declared Soon -

According to the "Institutes of charted accountants of India" it has been declared on the website that the CPT online exam is to be declared soon .You can read it as under-

Common Proficiency Test (CPT) Includes :Accounting, Mercantile Laws, General Economics and Quantitative Aptitude

For Eligibility You need to be At least 10 passed

Notification for CPT June exam has been published officially. Alternatively the candidate may fill up the examination application form online at www.icaiexam.icai.org
from 4thApril,2011 ( 10:00 hrs) to 25thApril, 2011 ( 17:30hrs) and remit the fee online by using either VISA or Master Credit / Debit Card.

The application form will cost you around 600 rupees, In contrast to CPT Exam There will be one pencil mode exam on 5 June 2011

How to Apply: Application form duly filled accompanied through self-attested Xerox copies of the relevant certificates/ testimonials, along with a crossed DD of Suggested fee send to Below Given address:

Common Proficiency Test CPT Exam for the year June 2011, conducted in following modes :

* Paper Pencil Mode of CPT June 2011 Examination – Sunday, the 19th June, 2011

I. Common Proficiency Test (Paper-Pencil Mode)

The Common Proficiency Test (CPT) Paper-Pencil mode Examination will be held on Sunday, the 19th June, 2011 in accordance with the revised scheme of education, training and examination of the Chartered Accountancy Course.

I. The next Common Proficiency Test (CPT June 2011) (Paper-Pencil Mode) of the Institute will be held on 19th June, 2011 at the following centres :

First Session (i.e. Morning Session) 10.30 AM to 12.30 PM (IST)
Section - A Fundamentals of Accounting
Section - B Mercantile Laws
Second Session (i.e. Afternoon Session) 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM (IST)
Section - C General Economics
Section - D Quantitative Aptitude

CA - CPT Eligibility

The candidate who has passed 10+2 can appear in CA - CPT exam. The candidate who is awaiting for their results for 10+2 may also appear in CA - CPT exam.

The higer qualified candidate who has completed their graduation i.e. B.com, M.com, ICWA can appear for CA - CPT exam.

Section I has two parts

Section 'A' Fundamental of Accounting(60 marks)

Section 'B' Mercantile Law(40 marks)

Section II has two parts

Closing Dates for Online Submission of Exam Application Form for May 2011 Exams are 28th February, 2011 without late fee and 7th March, 2011 with late fee. No New Registrations will be accepted after 17.30 hours (IST) of 7th March, 2011.

qualification :
A pass at the 10th Standard Examination or any other examination as recognized by the central government.
A pass (or appearance) at the the 10 + 2 examination or any other examination as recognized by the central government.

Eligibility

There is no age limit to appear for the examination. You must be a citizen of India. If you want to apply for CPT then you need to pass out your 10th from a recognized Board. For the Appearing for the examination you need to pass out your 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board. You need to have good analytic skills and interest in numbers.
