for cs registration online you have to visit icsi.edu ,

as you are post graduate you can directly apply for cs executive,
documents required for executive registration :

1. digitalised copy of your 10th marksheet
2.copy of your 12th marksheet
3.copy of 12th passing certificate
4.copy of your graduation marksheet
5.your digitalised photo and signature

as you are mentioning about your computer course certificate you will have to consult cs institute about acceptence of the certificate because they have a computer training course
