The details of BITSAT exam, 2011 is as follows:

Eligibility - To appear in BITSAT 2011 candidates should fulfill the following criteria:

* Candidates should have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system from a recognized board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
* Candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 80% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics put together in 12th examination and at least 60% marks in each of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
* They should have adequate proficiency in English.
* Students who are appearing for 12th examination in the current year or who have passed in previous year only are eligible to appear in BITSAT.

Expected Date of Exam:
Online tests: May 2nd week-June 2nd week

Advertisement for BITSAT 2011 is released. Last Date for the completed Application form to reach Admissions Office BITS, Pilani is 5.00 PM 31st January 2011. If you have scored (or expect to score) >80% in Physics+Chemistry+Math combined and >60% in individual subjects in class 12 board, then you can apply. Most of the processes in admission to BITS are online only. Visit www.bitsadmission.com/bitsat/bitsatmain.htm to get all details.

the requirements are :
(1)you should have either passed or appearing in class 12th or equivalent examination with subjects physics ,chemistry and maths.
(2)students who had already passed the examination needs atleast 60% marks in class 12th.
(3)fluency in english can add some benefit.

aspirant who are wishing to arrear for the BITSAT exam can apply only online. The last date for applying for the exam is 15th february. The online application is in website www.bitsadmission.com. The aspirant can pay the fee in demand draft or other means by online also. Those who are paying the fee by demand draft need to send it to
admission officer,

the aspirant need to take demand draft of rupees 1700. For female aspirant it is 1200. You need to send the filled application form along with the demand draft. The exam is held during 10th may to 9th june 2012.
The question will be different for different aspirants. As the exam is online you need to be familiar with the computer keys so that you can complete the paper in time. The difficulty level of the question papers will be same.
