Is post of section officer is included in Group B Non gazetted post in CGL - 2011 if yes then tell me the date of examination of section officer or commerce subject examination.

when section officer(commercial Audit) will be conducted is there any other date for commerce subject examination

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate must have completed graduation from the recognized University/ Institutes in any of these fields to be eligible for this Post:

1. Commerce OR

2. Chartered Accountant

3. Institute of Costs and Works Accountancy (ICWA)

4. Company Secretaryship

• Candidate must lie in age group of 18-27 years (age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC) as on mid of 2nd week of April, 2010.

Important dates:

Candidates are required to submit their complete application for up to the second week of April, 2011.

The competitive examinations will be conducted in the mid of June, 2011.

Candidates can get application form from the mid week of March, 2011.

there will be no examination conducted by ssc for section officer post forever due to new central government order because this post is under gazetted notification and ssc conduct exam only for non gazetted post. it is only imagination that exam for this post is conducted by UPSC SO WAIT FOR THIS.

GOI has decided that upsc wouid conduct section officer audit exam .The exam will be held from next year 2012 it is conformed.from next year it is conducted every year.the examination pattern is of one day type exam pattern like cds or nda .the age limit is extended from 27 to 30 year for ur category and post is recognised as group b gazetted.

GOI has decided that UPSC would conduct section officer audit/commercial audit exam from next year 2012. IT IS CONDUCTED EVERY YEAR FROM 2012.THE EXAM PATTERN IS OF ONE DAY TYPE LIKE CDS OR NDA. THE AGE LIMIT IS EXTENDED FROM 27 TO 30 YEAR FOR UR CATEGORY AND ST/SC-35 YEAR , OBC-33 YEAR.THE POST IS RECOGNISED AS GROUP B GAZZETED OFFICER.

Eligibility Criteria

Any candidate who has secured 50% of marks for their Bachelors degree examination from a recognized university can apply for SSC Audit exam. The applicant should be within the age limit of 18 to 25 years. Those who are already working in government departments can also apply. They will have to keep the certificate proving their designation.

Important Dates (Tentative)

The application forms should reach by second week of November, 2011/2012

The SSC exam will be conducted by last week of November, 2011/2012
